Within the Business Technology capability of Capgemini Invent, we work with customers to transform and drive top line growth through technology innovation and agile deliveries, while industrializing IT services to achieve the ambition and quality levels required in a technology-driven future. Our team is growing rapidly, and we offer you the opportunity to take on a central role in shaping our practice and growing with us.
As a Senior (Manager/Senior Manager) in our team, you will be managing Client Teams and Projects that collaborates with functional and industry specialists while putting its technology and industry knowledge to the use of organizations.
Leveraging your experience and technical knowledge, you will act as a Digital Transformation Specialist taking up responsibilities and leading a multi-disciplinary team on the analysis, design, and development of digital transformations for our highly diversified portfolio of clients. You will contribute to client satisfaction by providing value-added services and sharp recommendations relying on the work of your team and your inherent knowledge and understanding of the industry.

In Invent, we work across multiple industries, and if you have experience within Energy Transition, Utilities, Public Sector, Financial Services, Manufacturing , Telecommunications or Consumer Products, we believe you will bring a very valuable edge to our team.
In addition, you have a higher education (MSc or equivalent), you share our values and ethical standards, and you recognize that you are analytical (qualitative and quantitative). You have experience in commercial client development within existing and target client relations. You master communication in English and preferably Norwegian and you bring an entrepreneurial mindset where you continuously seek new opportunities to develop yourself, your team, and our clients.
