Product Marketing Manager

About the role

As an early member of HVD Group's Product Marketing team, you will spearhead the market introduction of our innovative products to the market. Your mission is to drive customer acquisition and growth through compelling go to market strategies. Prepare for exciting collaborations with our dynamic product managers, sales executives, and the entire marketing ensemble as we craft extraordinary experiences together across the Nordics, Germany, UK and beyond! You will report to HVD Product marketing leadership.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the product narrative and positioning, developing compelling messaging that articulates our value proposition to decision-makers and stakeholders across different industries and use cases.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering to inform product strategy, identify market opportunities, and maintain our competitive advantage
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to translate technical capabilities into business benefits, and work with Marketing & Sales to develop effective tools and collateral that drive sales cycles.
  • Lead go-to-market side of product launches, coordinating across teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of launch plans, including sales enablement, customer communications, and marketing campaigns
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, white papers, and ROI calculators that support our enterprise sales process and demonstrate clear business value
  • Drive and execute product marketing initiatives that support the entire customer journey.
  • Establish processes for Product Marketing function within HVD Group.

Skills & Background

  • Over 5 years of experience in a product or growth marketing role within the realm of B2B SaaS.
  • Experience of creating go-to-market, launch or post-launch plans.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business benefits
  • Showcase strong project management skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Have a proven track record of planning and executing successful product launches.
  • Embrace change and a growth mindset- continuously striving for improvement.
  • Fluent in English and one Nordic language.
