About the position

Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor, residential, and professional applications. We are on a growth journey – now looking for a Controller with operations/manufacturing experience for supporting our factory in Krautheim.

Your main responsibilities

  • Main sparring partner in financial issues for Plant manager and Focus Factory Leaders
  • Monitoring of manufacturing costs
  • Product cost calculations
  • Daily reports and KPIs for plant management team
  • Prepare and participate in monthly and year-end closing work
    • Profitability analysis
    • Inventory reconciliations
    • Reporting to Headquarter
  • Forecast and budget preparation
  • Documentation of routines
  • Optimization of plant and financial controlling
  • Ad hoc analysis and special projects

Skills & Requirements

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:

  • 1-2 year(s) in comparable position expected
  • Relevant university degree, preferably with a focus on finance and accounting.
  • General Controlling knowledge
  • Previous controlling experience in the manufacturing preferred
  • Initiative, independent and analytical way of working.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Fluency in German language
  • English knowledge is an advantage

  • Vorbereitung sowie Teilnahme an den monatlichen und jährlichen Abschlussarbeiten
    • Rentabilitätsanalyse

    • o Berichterstattung an die Konzernleitung
  • Erstellung von Prognosen und Budgets
  • Dokumentation von Routinen
  • Optimierung des Werks- und Finanzcontrollings
  • Ad-hoc-Analysen und Sonderprojekte

Ihr Profil:

  • 1-2 Jahr(e) in vergleichbarer Position erwartet
  • Einschlägiger Hochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.
  • Allgemeine Controlling-Kenntnisse
  • Frühere Controlling-Erfahrung in der Produktion bevorzugt
  • Eigeninitiative, selbständige und analytische Arbeitsweise.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und ERP-Systemen (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Fließende Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache
  • Englischkenntnisse ist von Vorteil
