An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT PMO Lead to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our head office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

This is what you will do

As the IT PMO Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the newly established Program Management Office (PMO) within our IT organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective execution of governance processes, reporting cycles, and resource coordination across projects.

You will take the lead in implementing and maintaining standardized tools, templates, and processes that streamline portfolio, program, and project oversight and drive operational efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will provide the necessary support to help them achieve their objectives while ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, with consistent quality, and in alignment with organizational priorities.

Primary areas of responsibility:

  • Coordinate governance activities, including status meetings, reporting, and risk reviews.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and resources, escalating issues as needed.
  • Define KPIs and maintain dashboards for project performance monitoring.
  • Manage project management tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain standardized project documentation and reporting templates.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for PMO inquiries and provide team guidance.
  • Manage resource allocation processes and resolve resource conflicts in collaboration with project leads.
  • Identify inefficiencies in PMO processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Skills & Requirements

    This is what you need to succeed

    You have:

    • Proven track record of establishing or maturing a PMO within a complex organizational environment
    • 5+ years of practical project management experience, preferably related to ERP applications
    • Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
    • Proficiency in creating and managing operational reports and dashboards
    • Hands-on experience with project management tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps)
    • Some experience in change management and tools related to system implementations
    • Knowledge of change management frameworks is a plus.

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously
    • Detail-oriented, with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and process compliance
