The Transport Organiser will be responsible for executing inbound transport in a timely manner alongside dealing with a variety of administrative tasks regarding the order process workflow.

Furthermore, the role also involves allocating Direct Service orders, managing DS customer refusals, planning inbound collections into our depot network through DP collections & customer returns whilst liaising with internal stakeholders, hauliers, Drop Points and customers.

This role demands great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. So if you have experience in an administrative / operational background and enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced role, we want to hear from you!

Further:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a customer service/administration role.
  • You are happy to work a 1 in 4 week on-call pattern which is Monday - Sunday (7am - 10pm)
  • You hold a minimum of secondary school qualifications or equivalent.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience within a similar industry would be desirable.
