Tech stack? We work with SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx to deliver meaningful insights while exploring AI-driven solutions to automate reporting and enhance sales efficiency.
Location? Join us in our Oslo office with the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week: your choice, your balance.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You are a data storyteller and excel at uncovering insights from complex datasets and presenting them in a way that resonates with diverse audiences and drives action.
  • You bring deep analytical skills preferably paired with a solid understanding of business process strategy.
  • You don’t just wait for tasks to come to you. You actively seek opportunities to improve processes and challenge conventional thinking.
  • You are proficient in tools like SQL and Tableau (or similar) and you’re excited about exploring AI and automation to improve efficiency. Experience with CRM systems or Alteryx is a bonus!
  • You are collaborative with a proactive mindset, enjoy teamwork (both in remote and physical settings), share ideas openly, and take initiative to solve problems and drive innovation.
  • As a person, you are adaptable and curious. In a fast-paced environment, you embrace change, stay curious, and see challenges as opportunities to grow.

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?

Day-to-day work & projects cooking
As a Data Analyst in our Data Driven Sales team, your mission is to drive sales efficiency and innovation across multiple verticals. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities to experiment, analyze, and create impactful solutions.

You work closely with specialized business developers, each focusing on a specific area (Jobs, Recommerce, Real Estate and Mobility), to identify and address their unique needs. Your role involves running experiments to test sales hypotheses and using data to determine the best strategies for increasing success. This could mean optimizing outbound efforts for small and medium-sized businesses or developing tools for seller engagement, lead generation, and reporting.

Beyond experiments, you lead initiatives to automate processes and improve efficiency. For example, we have been working on creating automated Google Slides presentations for sales meetings, saving hours of preparation time, or exploring AI-driven tools to replace manual efforts.

In addition to weekly sprints that align priorities, you actively engage with high-level stakeholders to ensure incoming tasks align with the most critical goals. Your role demands not only strong analytical skills but also the ability to prioritize value-driven ideas and projects effectively.
