Role? Data Analysts joining our Data Driven Sales team in to drive efficiency and innovation in sales processes by conducting analyses, running experiments, and delivering insights.

Tech stack? We work with SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx to deliver meaningful insights while exploring AI-driven solutions to automate reporting and enhance sales efficiency.
Location? Join us in our Oslo office with the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week: your choice, your balance.

Day-to-day work & projects cooking
As a Data Analyst in our Data Driven Sales team, your mission is to drive sales efficiency and innovation across multiple verticals. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities to experiment, analyze, and create impactful solutions.
You work closely with specialized business developers, each focusing on a specific area (Jobs, Recommerce, Real Estate and Mobility), to identify and address their unique needs. Your role involves running experiments to test sales hypotheses and using data to determine the best strategies for increasing success. This could mean optimizing outbound efforts for small and medium-sized businesses or developing tools for seller engagement, lead generation, and reporting.
Beyond experiments, you lead initiatives to automate processes and improve efficiency. For example, we have been working on creating automated Google Slides presentations for sales meetings, saving hours of preparation time, or exploring AI-driven tools to replace manual efforts.
In addition to weekly sprints that align priorities, you actively engage with high-level stakeholders to ensure incoming tasks align with the most critical goals. Your role demands not only strong analytical skills but also the ability to prioritize value-driven ideas and projects effectively.

2024Schibsted separated into two companies. The news media operations were sold to the Tinius Trust, creating two new companies – Schibsted Media and Schibsted Marketplaces.
