SOLUTION SPECIALIST LONDON

As a Magento Solution Specialist you will be an expert user of the Magento e-commerce platform. You can efficiently align business objectives with Magento functionality, optimize use of native features, and avoid unnecessary customization. You are expected to transform and grow the business with recommending changes and improvement for the client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Nurture relationships with your client base, understand their particular solution and actively help them grow and profit.
  • You will assist Vaimo's clients with system configurations of their e-commerce solution.
  • You will manage incoming enquiries via e-mail, telephone and helpdesk system.
  • Maintain expert knowledge in Magento platform and Vaimo modules.
  • Conduct magento platform training sessions for clients.
  • Work closely with other production departments to create a single customer experience wherever possible
  • Test support issues solved by development teams before co-ordinating back to the client.
  • Help guide client through security and software update periods in a structured manner.
  • Identify “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
  • Handle a high volume of engagements and the fast pace of our company.
  • Co-ordinate and synchronize with other team members for workflows and processes
  • Co-ordinate support issues and other requests between the client and development teams.

Skills & Requirements

  • You have atleast 3 years experience administrating processes and/or workflows - preferably within IT or digital services
  • You have university degree or equivalent work experience in information technology sector
  • You have business level or higher communication skills in English
  • You have atleast 3 years of employment in the e-commerce, domain management or IT service desk sectors OR 5 or more years of experience in escalation management processes and/or technical customer services
  • You are a strong communicator (verbal and written) with the ability to translate user issues in to technical specifications
  • You are resilient to stress whilst still being able to take responsibility for your work results.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across an international organisation
  • Ability to immerse self in client businesses and market sector and to translate that knowledge to client sales.
  • Very strong organisational and problem solving skills.
  • Open to travel from time to time.
  • Experience in the e-commerce market and its terminology
  • Ability to easily grasp and then implement technical tasks
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Comfortable speaking to/presenting for others

The following strengths are considered advantageous:

  • Experience in development troubleshooting
  • Experience from a technical helpdesk for hosting or application issues
  • Experience in e-commerce areas such as digital marketing, SEO or API's or Integration help desks
