As our IT Infrastructure Manager at Scandic Hotels, you will lead a technically skilled team responsible for the company’s IT infrastructure, including cloud services (Azure), networks, IAM, workplace solutions, and hotel hardware such as TV, telephony and digital signage. The role is strategically important in ensuring that Scandic’s IT solutions support both current and future business needs. We believe you are an experienced, genuine, and supportive leader with solid technical expertise in IT infrastructure, particularly in Azure, networks, O365 and security.
This is a new role, and with so much happening, we can promise you plenty of challenges and fun as this area continues to grow and evolve. You’ll lead a team of around ten experienced and strong-willed team members. This role will report to our Head of Tech for Support & Infrastructure.
Scandic is in the midst of a major IT modernization journey, transitioning to cloud solutions and upgrading infrastructure. While significant progress has been made, including investments in networks, Azure, O365, and IAM, there is still work to do in phasing out legacy systems and addressing technical debt. The Infrastructure Manager, together with the team, will continue to drive this transformation, ensuring a scalable and future-ready IT platform.

Who are you?
- Proven experience modernizing IT infrastructure, transitioning from traditional IT infrastructure to modern solutions
- Broad technical knowledge covering cloud solutions, networks, IAM, security, and workplace solutions
- Leadership experience to guide a skilled team, fostering collaboration and providing support when needed
- A strategic mindset with experience in setting roadmaps, prioritizing effectively, and driving change
- A collaborative approach to ensure seamless teamwork across the business
- Experience with hotel hardware (TV, telephony, digital signage etc.) is an advantage
- Experience working in a large and international organization is an advantage
- Full working proficiency in Swedish and English
