What You’ll Do

As a Social Media & Community Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving conversations that matter. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Create and manage interactive, engaging content for Epassi App where we connect directly with our community of users, businesses, and merchants
• Manage and grow Epassi’s presence across Social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, for both B2C and B2B audiences.
• Create and optimize creative content for campaigns to achieve performance goals.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around the brand.
• Conduct market and competitor research to ensure Epassi stays ahead of social trends.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and present actionable insights to guide decisions.
• Drive organic growth by optimizing content for SEO and leveraging strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
• Set KPIs and consistently optimize strategies to achieve measurable growth.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Lives and breathes community building and social media - from the latest platform updates to trends that drive engagement.
• Is skilled with social tools (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and creative platforms like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Has strong copywriting skills to create content that inspires and informs.
• Knows how to build paid campaigns that don’t just get clicks - they deliver results.
• Understands analytics and loves turning numbers into stories that drive action.
• Is passionate about wellness, sustainability, and making work-life better for millions.
