Koenigsegg continues to grow, and we are now looking for a Strategic and Project Purchaser for Indirect Material and Services, specialized within the categories transport and/or IT licenses and SW and with strong expertise in contracts, to join our dynamic team.

The Role
This vital role focuses on enhancing the sourcing of Indirect Material and Services while managing specific projects to ensure alignment with Koenigsegg's strategic goals. As a Strategic and Project Purchaser, you will identify, qualify, and secure supplier sources that meet design requirements, support business objectives, and provide the best value to the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Strategic and Project Purchaser for Indirect Material and Services, your main responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing Category strategies and maintaining and improving the current supplier base to a high level.
- Managing sourcing projects for parts, services, and consumables required for production, development, and service/aftermarket needs.
- Coordinating and optimizing inventory and stock levels of purchased components to meet project timelines.
- Utilizing your expert knowledge to ensure compliance and optimize procurement processes.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks (quality, financial, property, geopolitical, etc.) throughout the Supply Chain cycle and preparing contingency plans.
- Measuring and managing supplier and contract performance, ensuring compliance with Koenigsegg's requirements.
- Maintaining commercial relationships, including contract terms & conditions and annual negotiations as needed.
- Assisting Sourcing Managers in the completion of tasks and managing project deliverables.
- Driving the supplier entry and supplier exit/switch process.

Skills & Requirements
We are seeking individuals who share Koenigsegg's values and are committed to continuous improvement and purposeful application of the Koenigsegg Way.
Master or bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering and Management or other relevant training in combination with at least 4-6 years’ experience in the field of Sourcing/Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 3 years of documented strategic sourcing related experience.
- High skills within Supply Chain techniques including planning, TCO, logistics and quality processes, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of resilience to deal with urgent requests, and minimal information. Work in close liaison with different stakeholders internally and externally.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and hands-on execution.
- Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and project management capabilities
- Proficient in Excel, MS Project, Power Point, Word, ERP systems (Monitor or equivalent)
- Ability to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectively.
- Advanced language skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
- Good oral and written communication skills, suitable for both large groups and senior management
- Strong business acumen.
