We are looking for a talented Business Insight & AI Consultant to join our dynamic Strategy & Renewal Team! About the Role

As a Business Insight & AI Consultant, You will work with cross-functional teams, leveraging data insights and business case calculations to guide decision-making and drive strategic initiatives. You know your way around and your interest lies in utilizing the newest AI-tools in your work. Your contributions will span a variety of industries, offering diverse and rewarding challenges with some of Finland’s largest companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessing the current state of businesses by providing data analysis and business case calculations
• Analyze business problems and opportunities, integrating both strategic advisory and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with clients to define data requirements, project objectives, and deliverables.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets, uncovering trends and actionable insights.
• Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in defining and aligning digital, data, and AI strategies with business goals.
• Conduct data / AI maturity assessments
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies, applying best practices in your projects.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an individual with a unique blend of business acumen and data expertise. The ideal candidate will have:

Business Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis / consulting.
• Proven ability to assess and communicate business needs.
• Familiarity with business design methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Experience working in a project team.
• Client engagement and communication skills

Data & Analytical Skills:

• Hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and modeling using some of the tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, crafting, refining and optimizing prompts for large language models to achieve high quality responses.
• Understanding of prompt structuring.
• Eager to learn about modern data stack technologies (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks; AWS RedShift, Glue, Athena)
• Some exposure to understanding of statistical concepts and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.

General Qualifications:

• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Finnish and English.

Compensation

Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where every employee has the opportunity to thrive and advance in their career and become better versions of themselves.

During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
