Technical Business Analyst
Gard is looking for a Technical Business Analyst. The successful applicant will join our Service Delivery team within Gard’s Technology department in Arendal. The department has an international working environment with friendly colleagues and a strong company culture with emphasis on competence development.
The Service Delivery team provides management, maintenance, and development of Gard’s core software portfolio, with a wide range of responsibilities; business analysis, prioritization and planning, follow-up of both external development and in-house integration development, testing, deployment, 2nd and 3rd line support, and technical operations and maintenance – all in close cooperation with experienced business users.
You will contribute to the development and general maintenance of several applications in our portfolio. Likely starting points are our CRM and IAM systems. As new applications are continuously brought in, you will also assume ownership for some of them. This role is focused towards applications, end users and functionality, and less towards the purely technical aspects of application management, like server or database management. As such it can be suitable for candidates with little formal IT competence but with a keen interest in IT, business processes and the totality of a complex IT system portfolio.
