We want a Tech Lead for Sales & Customer Services to check in with us in Stockholm, Sweden!

We are currently on a mission to strengthen our sales capabilities, modernizing key parts of our central IT systems and services. With several major initiatives in the pipeline, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Lead to our new Sales & Customer Services team. This is an opportunity to drive significant change in a key focus area for Scandic, ensuring alignment and efficiency across all markets to improve communication with our customers.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our sales platforms and processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders within sales and revenue management and collaborate across countries to optimize systems and processes related to B2B sales. This position offers the chance to make a substantial impact and includes overall budget responsibility as well as leading and mentoring tech team members. You will report to Head of Tech for Customer Journey.
