We are looking for a Tech Lead / IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will build and lead a tech team focusing on modernizing and optimizing key parts of our systems and services related to B2B sales. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a key focus area for Scandic, shaping future of our sales and customer service technology to ensure alignment and efficiency across all markets to improve communication with our customers.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and collaborate across countries to optimize systems and processes. This position requires technical expertise within CRM and call center platforms and include overall budget responsibility as well as leading and mentoring tech team members. You will report to Head of Tech for Customer Journey.
