We are looking for a Tech Lead / IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will build and lead a tech team focusing on modernizing and optimizing key parts of our systems and services related to B2B sales. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a key focus area for Scandic, shaping future of our sales and customer service technology to ensure alignment and efficiency across all markets to improve communication with our customers.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and collaborate across countries to optimize systems and processes. This position requires technical expertise within CRM and call center platforms and include overall budget responsibility as well as leading and mentoring tech team members. You will report to Head of Tech for Customer Journey.

Main Activities:

  • Ensure stable and efficient platforms, owning the technical development and roadmap
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and local units to unify processes and ensure effective communication across departments
  • Implement new and oversee the configuration and maintenance of existing CRM and call center platforms, focusing on process improvement and optimization
  • Lead and mentor tech team members, promoting collaboration and engagement
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and excited about the opportunity to drive significant change. As this is a new role, and with so much happening, we can promise you plenty of challenges and fun as this area continues to grow and evolve.

Experiences you bring and share with us:

  • Strong background in IT Project Management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Confirmed leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor tech team members
  • In-depth knowledge of the technical setup and optimization of CRM and/or call center platforms
  • Full working proficiency in English, Swedish or another Scandinavian language is highly meritorious
