Do you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen? Are you living in Trysil? Then you are the one we are looking for!

In Trysil, we have the privilege of operating two hotels - Radisson Blu and SkiStar Lodge. Our hotels are located in the heart of the mountain world, and within our walls, several restaurants offer everything for both adults and children. We strive to surprise our guests and provide them with an amazing experience whether they come for a quick lunch, a coffee in our café, an à la carte dinner, or a visit to our bar.

We are now looking for committed and driven chefs for our hotel restaurants. These roles involve work during both day and evening hours.

Main responsibilities and tasks

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to menu and standards.
  • Contribute to keeping the kitchen organized and clean.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide guests with a great dining experience.

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for you who have training in cooking or experience as a chef. Is flexible, reliable and enjoys working in a team. Have the ability to deliver good food even under high pressure.

Skills requirements

  • Relevant education and training.
  • Work experience from similar roles.
  • English and/or Scandinavian speaking.
  • Permission to work in Norway
  • Are resident in Trysil

Employment period

Temporary employment, extra hours on busy days, varying working hours on both weekdays and weekends.

Salary

According to the collective agreement with NHO
