About the role

We are seeking a talented Website and CRO Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for Sievo’s website, with the goal of making sievo.com drive quality traffic and convert leads that turn into sales pipeline and ultimately closed deals. While coding skills are not required for this role, you will collaborate with the Head of Growth Marketing to lead and manage the briefing of relevant freelancers and agencies from a technical perspective.

Main responsibilities in this role

  • Ensure seamless user flows, drive conversions, and oversee the creation of webpages and landing pages.
  • In collaboration with Marketing and other GTM teams, you will ensure the website is closely aligned with Sievo's solutions and strongly resonates with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and key content is findable on our site
  • Run regular audits with SEO/other tools to monitor and identify areas for improvement related to website performance, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
  • Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize conversion rates.
  • Work cross-functionally with Content and Growth Marketing teams to implement conversion rate optimization practices.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth Marketing to lead and manage the briefing of relevant freelancers and agency teams for Web Development.
  • Closely align with the Head of Growth and Marketing Operations Manager to track and analyze website performance using analytics tools. Create regular detailed reports on conversion metrics, present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, and use the findings as a basis for improving the website strategy.
  • Stay on top of the latest of B2B SaaS website best practices, technologies, and trends, and implement learnings to enhance sievo.com website experience.

Key qualification and skills

    • Previous successful experience working with hands on conversion rate optimization and website management.
    • Experience in producing well-functioning and well-converting webpages and landing pages.
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a data driven mindset; ability to draw conclusions from data sets and highlight insights from data and leveraging them to improve our website.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
    • Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities; capable of working effectively across functions.
    • Self-starter attitude and capability to work independently.
    • Strong project management and prioritization skills to navigate competing priorities.
    • Passionate about new industry trends to gain a deeper understanding of CRO and website management, serving as a basis to further optimize our website.
    • Strong understanding of how to use a CMS.
    • Experience in using analytics tools to optimize websites.
    • Knowledge of AB testing tools and practices.

    What we consider as an advantage in this role

    • Knowledge of SEO and related tools (e.g. Semrush, SE Ranking, Ahrefs, etc.)
    • Experience in B2B SaaS GTM motions with high sales touch (SLG).
    • Understanding of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management.
    • Utilizing tools like Figma or Miro to create and iterate page prototypes.
