Who We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: A Master’s degree with strong academic performance in fields such as Business, Engineering, Data, Computer Science, Technology, or Innovation.
- Experience in some of these areas:

- Project Management
- Skills and Attributes: Exceptional logical and problem-solving abilities, a creative mindset, and a passion for genuine innovation.

- Business Acumen: Quick to understand client business matters and passionate about future trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in Finnish and English (Swedish is a plus).
- Additional Qualifications: International experience and extracurricular activities are highly valued.
