Key Qualifications

To excel in this role, we’re looking for someone with:

• Proven Expertise: Strong background in application development or security architecture, with demonstrated experience in designing and implementing secure solutions.
• Secure Development Knowledge: Deep understanding of secure development practices and a track record of successfully driving their adoption across teams.
• Cloud Security Experience: Solid knowledge of security architecture in public cloud environments, including familiarity with network infrastructure and security tools such as WAF, IDS/IPS.
• Security Requirements Expertise: Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and defining security requirements to meet company and project needs.
• Threat Analysis Skills: Proven experience in conducting security assessments, threat modeling, and identifying risks in complex systems.
• Problem-Solving and Learning Mindset: Strong analytical skills paired with a proactive approach to security challenges, continuously staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and evolving security risks.

Preferred Qualifications

Additionally, we would love to see some of following:

• Hands-On Cloud Experience: Practical experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Standards and Compliance: Familiarity with security compliance standards and best practices, including ISO/IEC 27001, ISAE, OWASP, NIST, or HIPAA.
• AI Security Expertise: Experience securing AI and machine learning systems combined with the ability to provide guidance and governance for the secure use of AI-assisted coding platforms, including a strong understanding of related threats, risks, and compliance considerations
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in the security domain (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CEH, or similar).

The experience with AI tools, frameworks or applications is considered a strong asset. We highly value candidates who demonstrate curiosity, a proactive mindset and a willingness to explore and incorporate AI-driven technologies into their work.
