We’re looking for a Technical Engineer to join Sectra’s team supporting healthcare organizations that rely on our enterprise imaging solutions every day. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, thrives on troubleshooting, and wants to work directly with customers in a highly collaborative, mission-driven environment.
You will begin in Sectra’s Technical Development Program (TDP) to gain hands-on experience with our products, tools, and workflows. From there, you’ll transition into a customer portfolio role, providing advanced support to hospitals and health systems already live on Sectra’s solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a technical expert within a customer portfolio, ensuring the stability and performance of Sectra’s enterprise imaging systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated from front-line support teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate fixes and drive long-term solutions.
- Analyze logs, monitor system health, and identify recurring trends or optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in after-hours and on-call support rotations once fully trained.

Skills & Requirements
Who You Are
- 5-9 years of experience in a technical support, systems, or engineering role, ideally within healthcare IT or other mission-critical environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience supporting enterprise or SaaS-based applications in production environments.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, Windows or Linux systems, and general IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and eager to learn Sectra’s systems and processes.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $95,000–$115,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
