Main goal
UEFA is seeking an ICT Stakeholder Relationship Management Expert to enhance our person and contact data management. The role involves analysing current data management practices, identifying business needs and leading the development of an improved solution for B2B/B2E stakeholder management. Requirements
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in data management administration, implementation or consulting, with in-depth knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or business administration, or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred
- Certification in relevant data management platforms (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365) is a plus
Languages:
- English: Advanced
Other requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Business analysis and project coordination skills
- Experience or interest in leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance data management processes would be an asset
