Working at Strategy&

At Strategy&, you will work as a consultant and project team member on client assignments on strategy, operations and deals projects. Depending on the day, you will conduct business and market analyses, build financial models, prepare client presentations, and participate in client and team meetings.

Example engagements you might work on include corporate strategy development, commercial due diligence for a private equity firm, planning a large-scale corporate transformation, and developing new business opportunities in the green transition.

In addition, you will become part of our established career development path and participate in the Strategy& network’s international training programs. The associate position is full-time.

Our Helsinki office is ~30 consultants and growing fast. We also collaborate regularly with our Nordic and global colleagues as well as the broader PwC network. What are we looking for?

• Just graduated or 1-2 years of work experience

• Relevant work experience from e.g., business development, Strategy/M&A, corporate support functions, supporting the green transition, management consulting, or M&A transaction advisory

• Excellent presentation & interaction skills (e.g. comfort with leading client discussions / leadership skills)

• Strong team player mentality and proactiveness to drive solutions across client engagements and internal development

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

• Fluency in professional English is essential with strong Finnish/Swedish skills being an advantage
