Dometic UK are looking to recruit a key member of their sales team – an RVAM Sales Executive. The purpose of this role is to manage an existing customer portfolio in North West & South East (to cover Wales, Lake District & East Anglia) to maximise sales productivity and grow new business opportunities in the RV Aftermarket Sales business vertical.

This position is a combination of field and office based (at our offices in Blandford, Dorset). Daily travel and in person presence is an ongoing expectation of the successful candidate.

Main Responsibilities

  • To increase sales and range build with existing aftermarket retailers, ecommerce dealers, installing dealers, distributors and special vehicle manufacturers.
  • To manage existing and to introduce new customers; and broaden customer awareness of Dometic products within the territory to all key customers and prospects within RV/AM.
  • To manage customer base within a CRM system and introduce new customers to it.
  • To build new sales and customers in the rapidly growing retail sector.
  • To provide technical product and installation training.

Who are we looking for

Qualifications and Experience

We believe that the ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experiences:

  • Proven track record within aftermarket field sales and account management for B2B and B2C customers.
  • Experience selling technical products and services, preferably within the special vehicle manufacturing sector.
  • Experience of selling and/or working with to all types of customer groups – wholesalers, dealerships, e-commerce and installing customers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Full UK Driving license.
