Main goal

To provide cross-divisional support for the delivery of TV production services, event logistics and administrative tasks across all UEFA competitions and projects.

Key responsibilities

  • TV production coordination: Organising all TV production management tasks for the successful delivery of UEFA Host Broadcast (HB) services for the finals of UEFA club and national team competitions
  • Event logistics coordination: Ensuring the seamless operation of centralised logistical services provided by UEFA HB across UEFA competitions, including the finals of the men’s Champions League, Europa League and Conference League and the Women’s Champions League, the Super Cup, and the men's Nations League finals, along with all associated draws
  • Staffing, contractual and financial management: Serving as the primary point of contact for staffing plans, tender processes, budget management, financial consolidation and all logistical planning during event time, ensuring events are executed on schedule, within budget and to the highest standards
  • Production adaptation: Tailoring productions to suit events with large or small HB operations, where UEFA may be the host broadcaster or supporting an external HB provider
  • Administrative support: Handling day-to-day administrative tasks, including invoices, travel and purchase orders
  • Stakeholder communication: Serving as the primary contact for all production management and logistics issues, and using strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all perspectives are considered to achieve optimal production outcomes
  • Team management: Managing a team of freelance production managers who provide support in the preparation and on-site phases of events
  • Reporting: Providing analytic reporting on budgets, staff and services for each event

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

Experience:

  • From 4 to 6 years' experience in a broadcast, production or logistic environment
  • From 4 to 6 years' experience in operations and project management, ideally for the broadcasting of major sport events (desirable but not essential)
  • From 4 to 6 years' experience managing relationships with stakeholders

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in sports management, business, TV Production or any relevant field

Languages:

  • English / Proficient

Other requirements:

  • MS Office / Advanced
  • Project management / Advances
  • Organisational skills: Exceptional organisational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • IT proficiency: Comfortable using IT systems for various administrative and logistical tasks
  • Adaptability: Open-minded and eager to adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Resourcefulness: Proactive in seeking out information and resources to support event logistics and production
  • Resistance to stress: Proven experience in working effectively under pressure, with competing demands and tight deadlines
