About the position

Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor, residential, and professional applications. We are on a growth journey – now looking for our newest team member of the Inside Sales team.

The job is onsite with the location Emsdetten, so we are expecting candidates with living nearby or clear intention to relocation.

Your main responsibilities

  • Customer service duties
  • Active processing of customer inquiries (B2C and B2B) regarding warranty / service cases
  • Processing of incoming customer inquiries by phone/ticket system/Outlook regarding invoice corrections, returns, status inquiries for repairs
  • Cost notifications
  • Queries for incoming goods (GR, documentation for delivery)
  • Correspondence Portal Logistics (example: return orders)
  • Extraordinary goodwill processing (foreign complaints)

Skills & Requirements

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:

  • Commercial or technical education, with professional experience in the after sales or customer service
  • Relevant experience in customer service, customer support and active customer approach
  • Experience use in dealing with ERP - Systems,
  • User knowledge MS Office- Applications
  • Experience with ticket systems
  • Very good German language skills and conversational level of English skills.

Anforderungen:

- Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, mit Berufserfahrung im After Sales oder Kundendienst
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Kundenbetreuung und aktiver Kundenansprache
- Anwendungserfahrung im Umgang mit ERP - Systemen
- Anwenderkenntnisse MS Office- Anwendungen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und kommunikationsfähige Englischkenntnisse.
