The job is onsite with the location Emsdetten, so we are expecting candidates with living nearby or clear intention to relocation.

- Aktive Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen B2C und B2B zu Gewährleistung / Service
- Bearbeitung von eingehenden Kundenanfragen per Telefon/Ticketsystem/Outlook zu Rechnungskorrekturen, Retouren, Statusanfragen zu Reparaturen
- Kostenmitteilungen
- Abfragen zum Wareneingang (WE, Dokumentation zur Lieferung)
- Korrespondenz Portal Logistik (Beispiel: Retourenaufträge)
- Außerordentliche Kulanzbearbeitung (Auslandsreklamationen)
Anforderungen:
- Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, mit Berufserfahrung im After Sales oder Kundendienst
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Kundenbetreuung und aktiver Kundenansprache
- Anwendungserfahrung im Umgang mit ERP - Systemen
- Anwenderkenntnisse MS Office- Anwendungen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und kommunikationsfähige Englischkenntnisse.
