We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the overall responsibility for Epassi’s Sales and Marketing operations in Hubspot driving growth, improving conversions, and increasing retention. You will also be the main administrator in other relevant tools required for inbound sales and marketing. You will continuously develop our marketing automation processes by analysing the effectiveness of customer acquisition and expansion campaigns and providing actionable insights. Together with content, you will drive traffic to key website pages through continuous SEO improvements. You will also protect marketing data (privacy) by training and upskilling the sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our marketing and sales teams and leadership with sales and marketing actions in Hubspot, including day to day sales operations, marketing automation and workflows and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies, keyword research and competitive analysis to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Develop the digital buyer’s journey on Epassi’s website together with content marketers, as well as cross-functionally, to improve conversions.
  • In collaboration with data and sales teams, leverage HubSpot for marketing automation to create and continuously improve our lead nurturing processes.
  • Train sales and marketing teams on proper ways of working to ensure our high standards for data quality and privacy are met. Epassi’s IT/Security and Legal teams will support you in this task.
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, marketing automation, SEO, and related tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in Digital Marketing or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, Marketing automation, and web analytics tools.
  • Experience with Hubspot Sales Hub or other similar CRM platforms, including data quality management, data imports, pipeline management and sales operations support.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with some of HubSpot’s marketing tools, such as design manager, emails, workflows, reports and dashboards, is mandatory in this position.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and think outside the box.
  • Experience in Google Ads is seen as a BIG plus
  • Fluent Swedish is a big plus
