We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead one of our core platform teams, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). In this role you’ll oversee the team’s people, processes, delivery, technical product, and cross-team collaborations. Collaborating closely with the team, neighbouring teams, and Staff Engineers, you’ll drive critical infrastructure that impacts the entire company.
You’ll guide a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team that thrives on shared decision-making, knowledge-sharing, and fostering a psychologically safe environment. Your role will include refining team processes, building and prioritizing backlogs, clarifying requirements, and engaging with stakeholders across the company. Your experience in crafting technical platforms in other organizations will bring valuable insights, while your open-mindedness will help shape our approach.
