The project is at the forefront of robotics innovation, developing cutting-edge solutions for real-world applications. The focus is on automation, teleoperation, and novel approaches to manipulating complex objects. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team and contribute to groundbreaking research.
We are now seeking a highly motivated Robotics Researcher for a one-year contract starting in January-March 2025 and located to KTH Campus. As a researcher, you will be responsible for developing and testing robotic systems, with a focus on integrating new technologies, algorithms, and hardware. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with real robotics hardware and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test robotic systems and algorithms.
- Work with real-world robotics hardware to prototype and validate research concepts.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate solutions in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Contribute to research on advanced robotics topics, including learning from demonstration.
- Document results and present findings at internal and external meetings.

Skills & Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ROS, Python, and C++.
- Experience working with real robotics hardware.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work permits for Sweden
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with learning from demonstration techniques, such as ACT, Diffusion Policy, and VINN.
- Familiarity with 3D printing for prototyping and robotic applications.
- Prior industrial experience in robotics or automation fields.
