WHO ARE YOU?
You have gathered at least 3 years of hands-on experience in growth and performance marketing roles, setting strategies, planning, executing, and analysing campaigns across different channels such as especially paid social, paid search, influencer marketing and email/push.
You’re in your element when you`re making data-driven decisions to enable growth strategies and affecting it with performance marketing and CLV initiatives, while optimising campaigns and ROI to achieve the best results.
When faced with challenges and change, you bring fresh ideas and are willing to experiment with innovative solutions, always maintaining a curious and growth-oriented mindset. As a person, you're structured, analytical thinking and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product and content strategies.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Social Media ads platforms, Google Analytics, and Marketing automation tools, and you’re comfortable managing campaigns from start to finish.
Strategic thinking and analytical reporting skills are mandatory, as you’ll need to structure and report growth and campaign results all through the customer journey.
Fluent in Norwegian and English: your stakeholders sits across the Nordics. Schibsted company language is English and we gather people together from multiple backgrounds
WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?
As a Marketing Growth Specialist in the Recommerce Marketing Team, within the Nordic Brands & Marketing unit, you'll drive engagement and growth strategies through strategic digital marketing efforts, impacting several traffic sources, while increasing purchase frequency and average order value.
You’ll manage and optimise paid social for four brands in the Nordics as well as several growth initiatives. You will also collaborate with the Center of Excellence and product teams to align goals, and make data-driven decisions through performance analysis and A/B testing for maximum impact.
Working with various stakeholders, you’ll create compelling campaigns and collaborate across functions, ensuring digital marketing aligns with the overall marketing strategy and strengthens our competitive edge.
