Head of Strategic Partner Sales, Europe

We are seeking a highly driven and proven “hunter” to lead Strategic Partners Sales in Europe, locating preferably in either UK or Germany. This role is an individual contributor role that will expand new partnerships with Tier 1 Communications Service Providers (CSPs) and router manufacturers within a set of named key target accounts. This role will focus on selling F-Secure's Consumer Cybersecurity solutions, with a strong emphasis on closing multi-million-dollar deals.

At F-Secure we want to be efficient and transparent in our recruiting. Our hiring process will consists of three interview rounds: introduction interview, team interview and final interview. Our aim is to move quickly through the steps, and inform each candidate on a timely manner whether they will proceed in the process.


Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships Prospecting: Develop and build and leverage E-Suite relationships with Tier 1 CSPs, financial institutions, and insurance companies to drive new business growth and expand F-Secure's market presence.
  • Consultative Sales: Lead and drive sales to include proven success in complex sales cycles, pipeline management and deal structuring in consumer cybersecurity solutions, including Endpoint Protection, VPN, Scam Protection, and Identity Theft Solutions, targeting top-tier clients.
  • Deal Closing: Demonstrate a proven ability to create value bases business cases to close multi-million-dollar deals, driving significant revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging threats in cybersecurity, and leverage this knowledge to provide valuable insights to partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless delivery and execution of partner strategies.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations and manage contracts with key partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful partnerships.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.

    Who are we looking for?

    • Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on strategic partnerships within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
    • Track Record: Proven success in closing multi-million dollar deals with Tier 1 CSPs, financial institutions, and insurance companies.
    • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of consumer cybersecurity solutions, including Endpoint Protection, VPN, Scam Protection, and Identity Theft solutions.
    • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
    • Strong Financial Acumen: Proficient understanding of constructing deal P&Ls and excel modeling.
    • Salesforce.com: must be proficient in the use of salesforce.
    • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

    Note that this role might require some traveling (ranging from 25%-40%, may also include international travel).
