We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to help us revolutionize and realize our customer’s need for automation, now and in the future.

Your role

  • Design and/or implement state-of-the-art automation systems in various phases of product development from quote, pre-study, concept to supplier contacts of finished product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions, in close dialogue with our customers or in projects at customer site.
  • Innovate engineering solutions, simulate & drive continuous improvement to enhance automation quality & maximize efficiency.
  • Work with quality by developing clear & accurate documentation of automation equipment or processes incl. writing report of concepts/test outcome.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain complex automation systems and manufacturing processes.

    You will be working as a valuable member of the team and in frequent, close cooperation with our customers, which is why we hope that you possess excellent communication and group work/coordination skills. We see that you are a problem-solver with a keen eye for automation opportunities, details, latest techniques, and structure. Fluent English language proficiency will be needed daily. Additionally, you are known for your independent and proactive self-starter approach to your work.

    To succeed in this role you need to have:

    • a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or other relevant program
    • minimum 3 years of experience in working within automation
    • first hand experience of test rigs and/or production

    It is an advantage if you:

    • have experience of working with LabVIEW, PLC system, HMI/SCADA, Auto/CAD, IP/OPC communication and sensors.
    • had experience in project leading or software development.
    • are fluent in Swedish
