Your Role
You will be part of our Nordic Risk Consulting team working as a SME in SAP technologies in different industries and sectors together with competent and inspiring colleagues across KPMG. Our practice is highly diverse and international to mirror our clients and engagements. As a risk consultant within our practice, you will assist our clients in managing and transforming their IT solution and SAP technology and compliance processes to meet ever increasing demands from customers and regulators.
As a risk consultant with a particular focus on SAP, you will be involved in various client engagements within different sectors. More specifically, in your role you will together with other colleagues:
- Drive proposal and business development activities in the Nordics by identifying new target clients, building business relationships with key executives and developing/presenting proposals.
- Plan and execute client engagements focusing on SAP GRC, SAP security, SAP controls and audit readiness of SAP environments; write/present clear and concise reports and presentations containing meaningful observations and recommendations to clients and document procedures performed and conclusions reached related to projects.
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of SAP controls throughout the business cycle.
- Work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of SAP GRC, SAP security and SAP controls.
- Supervise junior colleagues on engagements and help coach and train team members to grow the SAP knowledgebase of the team.
- Apply and maintain a strong foundational knowledge of PCAOB, SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO27001 methodologies and principles.
- Interact professionally with clients and engagement teams and convey gathered information accurately.
- Identify and communicate potential issues and opportunities for audit efficiencies and process improvement to relevant stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in any of the following areas: SAP IT and automated controls auditing, SAP security design/re-design, SAP GRC implementation, SAP S/4 HANA implementation, Internal Controls in an SAP environment, SAP cybersecurity controls, process mining and data analytics and delivery of managed services around SAP security and controls.
- Hands-on SAP GRC and security implementation or effective SAP audit experience; understanding of SAP tools and capabilities and the related security and control considerations.
- Experience with SAP transformations, governance and risk assessments.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following areas in SAP: AC (Access Control), PC (Process Control), BIS (Business Integrity Screening), RM (Risk Management), SAC (Analytics Cloud), Security/Threat Detection.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives.
Furthermore, it is meritorius if you have:
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Information Security, Data Analytics, Machine learning or a related field.
- Strong network of relationships built from supporting and leading teams that can be leveraged for business development activities.
- Accredited qualification preferred (e.g., CPA, CISA).
- Work permit in Sweden.
