Main goal
Are you passionate about delivering great audiovisual experiences? Do you like to work on various projects and events? Joining UEFA as an Audiovisual Event Specialist will give you the opportunity to work on live, hybrid and virtual events, as well as managing projects and providers and upskilling your audiovisual and videoconferencing experience.
Key responsibilities
Event preparation and technical setup:
Event support on-site and abroad
Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Quality control and monitoring
Pre/post-event processing and documentation
Vendor and stakeholder coordination

Requirements
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in event-based AV or videoconferencing support, ideally within a live production or hybrid environment
- 1 to 3 years experience of planning, organising and managing events or projects
Education:
- Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in audiovisual production (with a strong preference for audio), multimedia, ICT or a related field.
Languages:
- English: Advanced
Other requirements:
- Expertise in event videoconferencing and audiovisual systems, including camera operations, lighting, audio equipment and video-switching platforms
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Available to regularly travel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiariry with Adobe and Sketchup is an asset
