About the position
Execute on thr vision and roadmap for data and analytics products, aligning them with business goals and customer needs.
Work with internal teams and stakeholders to prioritize data initiatives, balancing immediate business needs with long-term data strategy.
Data & Analytics Solutions Development:
Collaborate with external and internal customers, data engineers, scientists, and BI teams to develop scalable, data-driven products and tools that provide insights for various departments.
Data Governance & Quality:
Work with data teams to ensure proper data governance, privacy, and compliance standards are met.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure that data definitions and KPIs are consistent and well understood across the organization.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the data teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications for data products.
Ensure alignment across departments regarding the prioritization and development of data initiatives.
Backlog Management & Prioritization:
Manage and prioritize the backlog of data and analytics features and improvement
Collaborate with external and internal customers, data engineers, scientists, and BI teams to develop scalable, data-driven products and tools that provide insights for various departments.

Product Performance & Metrics:
Define, track, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of data products and their impact on business goals.
Continuously assess and optimize data products based on feedback and performance metrics.
Skills & Requirements
7-10 years of experience in product management with a focus on data, analytics, or business intelligence products.
Has had hands on experience in data engineering and data science practices.
Has experience working directly with external customers.
Proven track record of delivering successful data products that drive business value.
