About the position
We are seeking a skilled customer-centric BI Data Scientist to join our team and transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for our customers and for Oriola. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, build advanced dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve key business challenges. You will leverage statistical modelling, machine learning, and data visualization tools to deliver impactful solutions across areas like sales, market analysis, and supply chain optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to support business goals.
- Implement statistical and machine learning models to predict business outcomes.
- Ensure data quality and consistency through robust data integration and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and solve business problems with data-driven solutions.

Skills & Requirements
Personal and experience Requirements
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and Python/R.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, statistics, and machine learning.
- Ability to transform customer feedback into concepts and tangible BI product features.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is a plus.
- Experience in cloud-based deployment is a plus.
