As a System Manager – OneStream, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting our OneStream platform meeting business objectives in financial planning, consolidation and reporting. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Financial Reporting Architect, who currently manages Onestream, to address all business requirements from accounting and controlling to design and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and data accuracy. You will be reporting to the Head of Financial Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management, performance, maintenance and governance of the OneStream platform.
- Design, configure, and implement solutions to streamline financial processes and reporting requirements.
- Support end-users by providing training and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and IT to assess and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with OneStream’s latest features and industry best practices, applying these to enhance the platform.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience with OneStream development, administration, and support, or similar FP&A platforms.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing solutions to improve business processes and financial operations.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (VB.NET, SQL) to support custom development and data transformations.
- Understanding of finance and accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with cross-functional teams.
