You will work with several projects and customers simultaneously (~10-15). A standard implementation project takes around 1-2 months, but our goal is to speed up the process while maintaining exceptional quality – that’s where you come in! Besides the above, you will lead various improvement projects for our delivery process.

Lime Go is a Data Enriched Sales CRM for SMBs in the Nordics. With 1000 customers in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, we’re aiming to expand throughout Europe. You’ll be working with a modern and powerful product!

Reporting & Growth
You’ll report directly to Patrik, CS Team Manager, with regular 1:1s and be part of the Revenue Operations team (Sales, CS, Marketing & Product). You will be our 2nd Technical Implementation Specialist and be a key player in building up our Customer Success organization.

2022Lime Go breaks loose and becomes a brand new business area within the Lime Group. 3 employees and a clear vision is set! This is only the beginning.. 6 months later and 11 people onboard. Larger deals, bigger customers and launching in Norway & Denmark.
2021The new interface is launched for all customers, leaving Knockout and facing the future in React/Redux in a modern & powerful suit.
2020The new UI released and the inflow at our support department was quiet as a bad joke on a stiff dinner party. Success!
2019Redesign project initiated. Lots of customer interviews, betas and bugs. ~30 thousand lines of code was about to happen in 1,5 years.
2013The first version of Lime Go is born.
