Now, we're seeking two talented software engineers to join two of our product teams, focusing on the crucial process of solving and simplifying merchants' needs.

Software engineer in the mPOS team

Join us as we redefine the point-of-sale experience. When joining you’ll become a part of an inspired team, dedicated to crafting the next generation of solutions for merchants. Software engineer in the Recurring Donations team

As a software engineer in the Recurring Donations team you will play a crucial role in a promising commercial opportunity that is poised to enter the market. Our goal is to launch an innovative fundraising product for Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), supporting recurring donations across the Nordics. We aim to provide an intuitive and seamless experience for users to sign up as recurring donors, ultimately connecting users and NGOs for the greater good.

Both teams have their backend code in C# and have a direct integration into our apps (iOS and Android) and our business portal where our merchants do their self serviced actions. The portal is developed using React and Typescript. We use Kubernetes for our services in Azure, GitHub for repository and deploy pipelines. We rely on Splunk and Grafana dashboards supporting our dev ops mentality. We strive to understand the problems as a team, so we can solve the most important features first. Event sourcing is in the heart of Vipps MobilePay and we prefer to use a domain oriented approach when writing code.
