Main goal

The UEFA Club Licensing Coordinator supports the implementation and management of the UEFA Club Licensing system, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, serving stakeholders efficiently and promoting good governance across European football.

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting UEFA member associations in implementing UEFA's club licensing system at the national level
  • Maintaining regular communication and exchanges within the club licensing network
  • Overseeing the core club licensing process and ensuring the application of club licensing criteria
  • Helping to organise club licensing meetings, workshops, conferences, seminars and other events
  • Helping to organise club licensing education activities
  • Compiling and updating the club licensing database and historical statistics using the relevant IT platforms and tools
  • Assisting with all processes relating to audits of the club licensing system and other compliance activities
  • Supporting the Head of Club Licensing, the Senior Club Licensing Manager and other team members with general adminsitrative and organisational tasks and contributing to the unit’s mission and activities
  • Contributing to projects run by the Financial Sustainability and Research division

    Skills & Requirements

    Experience:

    • At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in an international environment, in a financial, legal or sport/football context

    Education:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

    Languages:

    • English: Proficient

    Other requirements:

    • Strong organisational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
    • Interest/experience in football is an asset
