Account Manager

What You'll Do:
As our Account Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations in WA, SA, & NT.

Your mission? Grow and maintain our Mobile Power Solutions business by connecting with customers and identifying new sales opportunities. Here’s a taste of what you’ll tackle:

  • Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong connections with existing customers while actively seeking new partnerships. Your expertise will help them maximize their use of our innovative products.
  • Sales Strategist: Devise and implement strategies to expand our customer base. From providing quotes to managing a robust sales pipeline, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth.
  • Customer Champion: Provide exceptional face-to-face support, education, and troubleshooting for our products. Your quick responses to inquiries will keep customers happy and engaged.
  • Order Wizard: Process orders seamlessly, ensuring customers receive timely confirmations and updates. You’ll be their go-to for all product-related solutions!
  • Tech-Savvy Expert: Collaborate with our Technical Service and Warranty teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Be Happy to Travel and work remotely: Depending on where the role is based, there will be significant travel required to visits- clients and customer.

What You Bring:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A solid understanding of customer service best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of 12V power systems (don’t worry, we’ll help you level up your expertise!).
  • A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
