WHO ARE YOU?

  • You have some gathered hands-on experience in performance marketing roles, planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns across different channels such as paid social, search engines, and email.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Google Ads, Paid Social, and CRM systems, and you’re comfortable managing campaigns from start to finish.
  • You’re in your element when interpreting performance metrics, making data-driven decisions, and optimizing campaigns to achieve the best results.
  • SEO knowledge and content creation skills are a plus, as you’ll need to enhance organic search visibility and create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • When faced with challenges and change, you bring fresh ideas and are willing to experiment with innovative solutions, always maintaining a curious and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English: while most of your stakeholders are Norwegian speaking, Schibsted company language is English and we gather people together from multiple backgrounds.
  • As a person, you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product and content strategies.

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?

Day-to-day work & projects cooking
As a Digital Marketing Specialist in our Real Estate Squad, you are at the core of driving engagement and growth for Real Estate, especially within Finn but can contribute also for other market areas. Your role shapes and executes digital marketing strategies that resonate with our audience, directly impacting product visibility and our overall success.

Day-to-day, you manage and optimize activities across channels like paid social, email and display ads. Collaborating with the Center of Excellence and product, you ensure that our actions align with our goals, enhancing customer experience and maximizing impact. Data-driven decision-making is key. You analyse performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to deliver optimal results.

But your chances to make an impact do not stop here! You work with various stakeholders to create compelling content—from blog posts to social media updates—that captures our audience’s attention and reinforces our brand.You also track market trends and apply SEO best practices when creating content.

In the Real Estate Marketing, we are a team of marketing professionals that thrives on collaboration and making an impact. You collaborate also with product managers, developers, and designers, ensuring our digital marketing aligns with product offerings. Together, we tackle challenges head-on, staying ahead of the competition.
