We are looking for an engaged and independent Export Logistics Specialist, who wants to be responsible, together with our colleagues, for coordinating and distributing the company's products through international transport channels.

As an Export Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are delivered cost-effectively and with a strong focus on customer service. Your tasks will primarily include transportation planning, control, and follow-up.
In this role, you will have close contact with other company functions, customers, suppliers, and carriers.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Advising, communicating, and answering questions regarding customs and transport legislation and staying updated on changes affecting customs and transport.
- Participating and contributing to internal and external projects.
- Developing and updating manuals and documentation related to international logistics.
- Ensuring quality and prompt follow-up of export and import declarations including contact with customs.
- Driving and contributing to improvement work within the export process.
- Receiving customer orders and registering them.
You will be part of a strong supply chain team. Here, you will be involved in close and cross-functional collaboration with your 5 closest colleagues, 3 of whom are based in Gothenburg and 2 in Silkeborg. Additionally, you will quickly establish a large internal network with many internal and external partners. This position will be placed in one of our factories, either Kungälv, Gothenburg or Silkeborg.

Are you the one?
We envision that you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. You have good collaboration skills and experience in participating in change projects and improvement work.
Additionally, you have:
- Solid experience with business systems and other system tools for transport and customs management.
- Good communication skills in English and Swedish or Danish, both spoken and written.
- A deep understanding of global transport and logistics.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement.
- Very good knowledge of customs management.
