Main goal
The UEFA Women's Football Club Competitions Manager is responsible for managing the sporting aspects of the UEFA Women’s Champions League and a soon-to-be-launched second club competition. They are responsible delivering the competitions with internal and external stakeholders and for monitoring and analysing the competitions with their strategic evolution in mind.
Key responsibilities
- Managing UEFA’s women’s club competitions from a sporting and a strategic perspective
- Overseeing, analysing, updating and developing aspects of UEFA’s women’s club competitions including the entry process, match calendar, coefficient system, access list, and fixture setting principles
- Reviewing competition regulations and drafting updates on a yearly basis
- Preparing competition-related documentation and research
- Preparing and conducting draws
- Monitoring and analysing competition results, attendance and viewership
- Building relationships externally with clubs, associations and leagues and internally with key departments
- Presenting to the UEFA Women's Football Committee and other relevant bodies
- Managing staff
- Managing special projects and supporting senior women's football management as requested

Requirements
Experience
-From 4 to 6 years in a sports organisation
Education
- Master's in sports management, law, economics or a related subject
Languages
- English / Proficient
