We’re not looking for a traditional recruiter. We’re after a problem solver. A relentless connector who loves a challenge and knows how to turn tricky briefs into perfect matches. This is less about doom scrolling LinkedIn and more about creative thinking, smart sourcing, and people-first instincts.

You’ll be an extension of our team, jumping into projects and helping our brilliant clients find the right fit, even when it’s not obvious. You’ve likely built a solid network and aren’t shy about using it. You’re curious, proactive, and genuinely enjoy the hunt for the "impossible," which often leads to those "how did you find this person?" moments.

The work covers creative, marketing, digital, and commercial roles. Expect plenty of teamwork, dreamwork, and the chance to meet some seriously inspiring people.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Sourcing brilliant people across creative, marketing, digital, and commercial roles.
  • Jumping into client projects – sometimes supporting, sometimes leading – always collaborating.
  • Tapping into your own network and strengths to find and connect top talent.
  • Thinking creatively about how and where we find talent.
  • Keeping everything organized and on track.

The fine print:

We’re building a network of brilliant Sidekicks we can plug in when the right assignment comes up. The setup is freelance, part-time, and project-based – you’ll jump in when we need extra brainpower or sourcing magic.

It’s commission-based – meaning you’re paid per successful match, not by the hour. Perfect for someone who’s results-driven and loves the win of making the right connection.

You’ll need previous experience matching clients and briefs with the right talent, and it’s a big plus if you’ve done this in the creative, communications, or marketing world. That’s where we live – and understanding this space is key to spotting great fit.

While the work is remote-friendly, we’re especially keen to connect with people based in Stockholm or London. Being nearby helps us collaborate more naturally – whether it’s a quick meeting, a brainstorm, or just grabbing a coffee now and then.

We strongly distance ourselves from the industry's superficial and impersonal CV shuffling.
