Finance Analyst - Operations

Job Description

We are looking to recruit a part qualified Finance Analyst, you will be Business Partnering with our Operations team. This role has both a commercial and operational focus, working closely with the Senior Finance Controllers. Working with autonomy you will deliver analytical reviews, analysis and commentary on the full end to end lifecycle of manufacturing.

You will be great at:

Driving and supporting continuous improvement for the NPD costings and annual standard costing exercises.

Being an effective financial business partner to the operations team, attending team meetings, understanding FMCG, manufacturing processes and delivering related support.

Being an effective bridge between the operations, finance functions and wider teams.

You are:

Proactive and a self-starter, with a can-do approach.

Able to communicate clearly at every level and cross-functionally.

Well organised and able to manage multiple activities to tight deadlines.

Demonstrative of sound work ethic.

You have:

2-3 years finance experience this can be in a transactional finance role

Operations and Commercial team-facing experience

Started studying towards (ACCA/CIMA) or aspire to complete the studies
