As our International Digital Marketing Manager at Nordberg Medical, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing a strategy for our digital presence, focusing on Europe. You will be a part of our dynamic Global Marketing team, reporting to our Marketing Director. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of building a first-class marketing function and contribute to our mission as a global pioneer in biomaterial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing successful digital B2B and B2C marketing strategies for Nordberg Medical as well as the JULÄINE™ aesthetics brand.
- Collaborate closely with the local marketing teams to define digital marketing needs and priorities.
- Working closely with our Branding Manager on the European brand strategy and translate it into digital marketing objectives and activities.
- Perform on-going digital channel performance assessments and define KPIs.
- Ensure high performance of website and other digital/social media channels.
- Lead the content strategy and content creation.
- Be the internal go-to expert for UX analytics and KPIs, and educate the organization on digital marketing excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to support our loyal customers in digital marketing and social media performance.
- Involvement in other digital initiatives.
- Keeping track on the evolving field of digital marketing.

Skills & Requirements
Qualifications
- Around 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management.
- Experience in an international marketing position, working in a central marketing function.
- Experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals or another B2B professional environment. Preferably, you have experience in the medical aesthetics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital platforms, trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Knowledge of legal frameworks (e.g. GDPR).
- Experience leading successful projects and initiatives with an agile approach.
- A university degree is beneficial (e.g. in marketing, communication or equivalent).
- Fluency in English, spoken and written.
