We see an ever-increasing demand for such services in Norway, and we are now looking to bring in spearheads to secure and orchestrate this growth opportunity.
Right now, we are looking for a Lead Technical Architect and a Trusted Business Advisor (Senior Manager / Director level) who are passionate about leveraging ServiceNow to drive business transformation and innovation.
Lead Technical Architect
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
· Lead technical architecture discussions and decisions, providing expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and limitations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans.
· Mentor and guide junior developers and technical team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
· Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends to ensure optimal platform utilization.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
· Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect or similar role.
· Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
· Strong knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and integration methods (REST, SOAP).
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
Trusted Business Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into ServiceNow solutions.
· Conduct business process reviews and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using ServiceNow.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Provide expert advice on ServiceNow best practices, governance, and roadmap planning.
· Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
· A Business Development acumen, the motivation to drive hyper growth through the ServiceNow Domain
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
· Extensive experience in a business advisory or consulting role, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow.
· Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using ServiceNow.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, preferably on C-level
· Proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow projects
