Das erwartet dich bei uns
- Du bist der erste Kontakt zu unseren Interessent*innen und bereitest sie für den Sales-Pitch vor
- Für unser Sales-Team vereinbarst du verbindliche Termine zur Produktvorstellung und bearbeitest eingehende Anrufe sowie E-Mails
- Du arbeitest sowohl mit warmen als auch mit kalten Leads
- Du erkennst den Bedarf potenzieller Kunden, berätst sie gezielt und dokumentierst die relevanten Informationen in unserem CRM-System (Pipedrive)
- Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg*innen arbeitest du kontinuierlich an der Optimierung interner Prozesse
