1 Billion people in the world have or might develop a DNA-associated condition. This is a burden for our society, costing several trillions of euros in productivity losses, but early identification can both save lives & money. Today, healthcare is largely reactive—patients are screened only if they present symptoms or risk factors. Omika Health flips the script by offering personalized, AI-powered insights based on genetic predispositions. We build a bridge between technology and healthcare, with a clear goal: improving long-term health outcomes by connecting users with tailored screening programs and healthcare providers. We are an early-stage startup team of 6 in Stockholm working towards preventative healthcare.
We are now looking for a Software & AI Engineer who can drive our technical vision, lead our development efforts, and potentially step into a leadership role as we scale. You’ll have a unique opportunity to not just build software, but to directly shape the future of healthcare.
Based on commitment and experience, we are looking for a permanent team member who is interested in taking equity stake with salary compensation upon initial investment planned for Q1 2025.
At Omika Health, we believe in diversity and therefore welcome all applicants regardless of gender, background, orientation or beliefs.
