About the position
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sourcing Manager to join our Sourcing team at Oriola. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating assortment, supplier contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective assortment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality of products.
- Collaborate with internal teams - as one of our value is together.
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly and implement improvements where necessary.
Skills & Requirements
Personal and experience Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Other Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Self-driven attitude
- Can-do-mindset
- Health and wellbeing knowledge is benefit
