ERP Project Manager

The world needs clean batteries and we need a plan for what to do with them end-of-life. We need to recover the materials and use them in new batteries or other products – and not produce waste. Hydrovolt is determined to grow the business into the European market and has a clear ambition to be a leading player in battery recycling.

We are looking for a highly skilled ERP Project Manager with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to join our Technology Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our ERP system meets Hydrovolts operational needs. This is a hands-on role which requires a strong understanding of our manufacturing processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to translate our operational business needs to ERP system requirements. The role will be responsible for managing external partners to ensure our ERP system meets the evolving needs of our operations, including streamlining operations, developing new features, and maintaining our existing ERP system.

This is an operational position where significant presence at our current site in Fredrikstad is expected. Your main office location can be Oslo or Fredrikstad. This role will be central in rolling out an ERP solution for our future sites, as Hydrovolt expands to Europe.

Skills & Requirements

As ERP Project Manager, we believe that you have:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Economics og similar. Relevant experience and certification can compensate for lack of formal education.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with ERP systems, preferrable with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience from a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as General Ledger, AP, AR, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Module and Inventory Management.
• Familiarity with security and architecture best practices.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian (or another scandinavian language).
